A bit of praise for Dr. J's! The road bike I bought from them six years ago got stolen, so I went to see about a replacement. I didn't know they swapped out their rental (high end) bikes so often, but they have a few and one was a perfect fit for me so I'm on the road again.

But, the praise part is that I needed to make a police report and they needed the serial number and I didn't have it. They checked their computer and it wasn't available. So, the owner, Corey, contacted Specialized and got the number for me. I consider that amazing service.
